Vine Health and Fitness is a brand new ultramodern and innovative full-service facility conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cortland. Our 7,000 square foot club offers a broad assortment of free weights, Precor cardio and resistance training equipment. In addition to traditional exercise equipment, Vine is equipped with plyometric boxes, medicine balls, kettlebells, battle ropes and all of your functional training needs.

We are a key card access gym from 4am - 11pm every day. Please call or email info@vinehealthandfitness.com for weekly staffed hours. Appointments for tours and sign-ups are recommended.

Vine Health and Fitness offers a variety of work out and training equipment. We also offer several classes for our members to attend in both a group and one on one setting.
